Because each item is created just for you—custom printed, cozy, and ready to be your emotional support merch—we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size changes or buyer’s remorse (even if you’ve fallen out of love with it).

Mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you expected, we’ve got you covered:

Delivery Mishaps? We’ve Got Your Back!
If your package is returned to us due to carrier issues (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we’ll let you know.

Lost in Transit or Not Received
If tracking shows your order should’ve arrived but it’s still MIA:

Reach out within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

Special Rule for Brazil
Brazilian customers have a legal 7-day “right to regret” period, allowing them to cancel orders on custom items. If this applies to you, just contact us within that window and we’ll honor the cancellation.
